Headed by Jeff Beresford, a seasoned expert with a rich background in the wine industry both in the UK and Australia, Jeff has extensive experience running wine bars & restaurants, a winery, and food & beverage focused hotels, Jeff offers a unique perspective on the world of wine and great understanding of its market.

Having completed his WSET Diploma and years of immersion in various facets of wine—from importing to retail, sommelier to sales - Jeff combines passion and knowledge to transform the way you learn about wine. Our superb education programs are designed to provide insightful guidance tailored to your needs, ensuring you gain a deep understanding of wine appreciation and tasting.
